Manuel Baldauff

Prior to founding Value Associates in 2011, Manuel had spent 10 years with one of the largest  professional services firms in Luxembourg, of which one year as a director and nine years as a partner, in charge of corporate finance and company valuations.

Prior to this, he had worked for a leading Luxembourg bank with various fields of responsibility, including: asset management, office of the executive committee, ALM market risk analysis and corporate finance.

Manuel started building valuation skills in 1997, when the bank was assessing external growth opportunities in Switzerland, working alongside investment bankers.

Manuel holds an engineering degree from ETH Zurich and a finance degree from HEC Paris.
